My Story

Hey, I’m Kelly,

I’m a OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach (it’s the highest level of qualification in this field) and most importantly a mum who has been in your shoes. I’ve experienced sleep deprivation and  it left me feeling confused on what to do next, lonely because I felt like everyone else had a baby that slept and my anxiety was sky high mainly because I wasn’t sleeping but I was worried that I wasn’t meeting my baby’s needs (in hindsight I totally was).

Friends gave me advice, books to read but I found I just couldn’t take in the advice (all varied) and I didn’t have the time/head space to read what I should do.

Hence why I LOVE being a Sleep Coach especially a holistic one - yes the goal is to improve your child’s sleep, ensuring they have positive sleeping habits however I love the fact I can collate all the info for you, produce a step by step sleep plan that’s simple to read and understand but most of all I get the chance to support you all the way through your sleep journey, because it is a journey.

Together we look at the whole picture which includes sleep, nutrition, sleep hygiene, developmental leaps and biology of sleep to name a few.

My goal to you is to improve your child’s sleep but for you also to walk away with the right sleep tools that you can use/ go back to in the future.

Sleep deprivation and parenthood often go hand in hand. It’s no secret that becoming a parent brings sleep challenges, whether you’re caring for a newborn, baby, toddler, or even older child. For some families, these sleepless phases are short-lived, but for others, they can stretch on for months or even years. If you’re one of those parents (as I once was) and you’ve found your way to my website, I understand how hard it can be to see a way out of the exhaustion.

The good news? I’m here to help. Using gentle and supportive sleep methods, I can guide your child toward independent, restful sleep, and I’ll be there to support your family every step of the way.

As a mum of three, happily married to Dan and living in Surrey, I know firsthand what sleep deprivation feels like. Looking back, I didn’t even realize how exhausted I was because I was deep in the ‘bubble’ of constant feeding, rocking, bouncing, and shushing—doing everything possible to get my baby to sleep, only to be woken again after 90 minutes (on a good night). I knew things had to change, but I was too tired to figure out how.

Then, I came across a leaflet for a sleep consultant, and it changed everything for our family. My advice to parents in the same position is simple: don’t be afraid to ask for help.
